By accessing or using Kodari AI operated by KODARI BEST AI S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company ("we," "our," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Service Description

Kodari AI provides AI-powered development tools for creating plugins compatible with Minecraft servers and Discord bots. We are not a plugin or bot marketplace. We provide:

AI-assisted code generation tools
Automatic compilation services
File management and version control
Error detection and debugging assistance
Development environment and IDE features
Discord bot hosting infrastructure

All code generated belongs to you. We do not sell plugins or bots. We provide tools for developers to create their own projects.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Maintain only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited and will be banned

Prohibited Bot Behavior

Bots created or hosted through our service must NOT:

Spam messages or raid servers
Harvest user data without consent
Impersonate Discord staff or official bots
Distribute malware or malicious content
Engage in harassment or hate speech
Bypass Discord rate limits or abuse the API
Violate GDPR or collect data from minors without consent
Perform cryptocurrency mining or similar resource abuse
Self-bot or automate user accounts

Hosting Fair Use

Bot hosting is subject to:

Resource limits based on your tier
No guaranteed uptime (best-effort basis)
We may stop bots violating Discord ToS without notice
Hosting expires as per your purchase - bots stop when expired
We reserve the right to inspect hosted bot code for policy violations

Bot Data Responsibility

You are the data controller for any data your bot collects from Discord users. You must:

9. JAR Decompilation Policy

Code Ownership: All plugins, bots, and code generated using our tools belong to you. We claim no ownership rights to your creations.

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for service provision. Public sessions grant us rights to display them in community showcases.

The Kodari AI platform, branding, and systems remain our exclusive property. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability or fitness for particular purpose
Non-infringement of intellectual property
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness
Security or error-free operation
Compatibility with all systems
Uninterrupted availability

We do not warrant that generated code will meet your requirements or be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business interruption
We are not liable for damages from using generated code
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months
These limitations apply even if we knew of potential damages

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KODARI BEST AI S.R.L., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Your use of generated code
Content you submit to our service
Your violation of Minecraft or Discord policies
Data your Discord bot collects from users

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Romanian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, processing, and your rights.

15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms or applicable laws
Violate Minecraft or Discord policies
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
Abuse service resources
Remain inactive for extended periods

Terminated accounts forfeit unused tokens and hosting time without refund.

Voluntary Account Deletion: When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day recovery period. During this time, you can restore your account by logging back in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data (projects, generated code, chat history, token balance) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Timișoara, Romania. EU consumers retain rights to bring actions in their home jurisdiction.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before legal action.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.

18. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
