A lightning teleport ability plugin. Players use /thunder to teleport to their targeted block location, triggering a lightning strike and electric spark particles. Features cooldown management with per-player tracking, configurable range and cooldown values, permission-based access, and sound effects. Built with XSeries for cross-version compatibility.
