A Fabric mod that adds a /pluginsa command to list all installed mods with clickable download links. Mod names are displayed in chat with green text if a direct homepage/sources URL is available, or yellow text with a Modrinth search fallback. Hovering shows mod ID, version, and action hint. Uses Fabric API command registration and Fabric Loader's getAllMods() API.
