Tracks player ***** and displays a paginated leaderboard. The /topkills command shows the top 10 players per page, automatically creating additional pages when the first page is full. Players with 0 ***** are excluded from the leaderboard. ***** are tracked via PlayerDeathEvent and persisted to a YAML file for server restarts.
