A PvP combat management plugin for Paper *.21+. When players engage in PvP, both enter a timed combat state with an action bar countdown. Every hit resets the 10-second timer. Elytra flight is disabled during combat. Supports death cleanup, multiple simultaneous combat pairs, and a full admin GUI for toggling hit effects, animations, particles, sounds, elytra disable, and the combat timer duration.
