Adds the Reaper *** custom weapon to Minecraft. The *** features Sharpness V, Unbreaking III, and Mending enchantments with custom ****** attributes. Includes a DECAY passive that inflicts Wither II on hit with a configurable chance, and a SOUL REAP active ability that drains health from the target on right-click with a 30-second cooldown. Fully configurable via ******.yml with a /reaperaxe give command.
