A phobia-based ability plugin where each player is assigned one of * unique phobias on join via a rolling animation. Each phobia has * passive and 2 active skills unlocked via an energy system (-3 to 5). Energy is gained by ******* players and lost on death. Active skills are triggered by sneak+left/right click. Features a dynamic action bar UI, yellow/blue particle effects on ability use, admin commands for phobia management, and a reroll token system.
