Manages the End dimension with a lethal atmosphere system. Elytra flight is disabled in the End. Players have a configurable breath timer (default 2 minutes) before the atmosphere begins suffocating them. A special Glass Helmet item protects players from the time limit, allowing unrestricted exploration. Includes configurable damage, warning messages, and admin commands.
