A Paper plugin for *.21+ that removes neural networks (AI) from mobs spawned by spawners. Features a configurable mob list with *********/blacklist modes, allowing server admins to control which spawner mobs retain their AI. Includes reload command with permission support and Russian configuration comments for easy setup.
