Adds a Magic Staff item with lightning powers and a full mana system. Right-click to charge (up to 3 seconds), release to hurl a scaling lightning bolt at your target (up to 40 blocks via raycast). Damage (6–40), radius (*–6), particles, and sound all scale linearly with charge. Mana system: 100 max, drains */tick while charging, regens * per 4 ticks, persists across death/relog. Custom HUD mana bar with bright-blue fill rendered above the ** bar. Crafted from Nether Star + Amethyst Shard + Stick.
