Adds two special blocks for transforming biomes. The Biome Spawner (crafted with a cauldron) lets you select any overworld biome and applies it in a 100-block radius — changing the actual biome data so the correct mobs spawn. The Nether Biome Spawner (crafted with a respawn anchor) does the same for nether biomes. Both blocks feature a custom enchanting-table-like model: green with a floating grass block, and red with floating netherrack.
