A scripted *** plugin for Paper *.21.* featuring a persistent rank system (Actor/Recorder) with TAB list prefixes, a full team management system, and a hunter/target glow mechanic. Hunters see their assigned targets glowing in a random team color (red, blue, or green) using per-player NMS metadata packets — ensuring the glow is exclusive to the hunter team's view. All data persists across restarts via YAML.
