A staff-driven offense tracking plugin that lets moderators issue offenses to players via /offend. Each offense in ****** supports two punishment types — BAN (executes configurable commands) and MUTE (blocks chat, /msg, /whisper, /tell, /w, /r, /reply). Muted players receive a red message showing remaining mute time and reason. Offenses support multiple escalating thresholds, persistent player offense counts, and timed or permanent punishments.
