A Paper plugin that adds four rare Blood Shards to structure chest loot. Each shard grants unique potion effects when held in the offhand: Red grants Strength, Blue grants Speed, Orange grants Fire Resistance, and Purple grants conditional Regeneration. Shards are identified via PersistentDataContainer and use short-tick effect refreshing to prevent *****. Balanced for PvP with non-stacking effects and controlled rarity.
