Mindbender is a client-side Forge *.20.* psychological-horror mod that creates unpredictable illusions during gameplay. Blocks players place can shift when ignored, mined blocks can reappear while the obtained items disappear, inventory items can rearrange themselves, and unsettling sounds imitate footsteps, block interactions, mobs, damage, and eating. A configurable hotkey menu controls event frequency, intensity, and individual prank categories.
