An elemental coin ability plugin for Paper *.21.11 *** servers. New players receive a permanent randomly selected coin through an animated inventory spin wheel with sounds, particles, and server broadcasts. Each of the 15 coins provides two unique abilities with cooldown action bars, bound coin items, and protection against dropping or trading. Includes spin tokens from bosses, player menus, admin controls, coin management commands, persistent storage, configurable cooldowns, coin toggles, and statistics.
