A multiplayer chase mini-game plugin. Features four game phases: IDLE, STARTING (60s opt-out), PLAYING (5 min), and VOTING (15s). One random player becomes the Chaser; hitting Runners converts them. Chasers win when all are Chasers; Runners win if time expires. Includes BossBar countdown, role-based scoreboard, glow effects, teleportation to play area, admin debug commands, and safety checks for disconnects and low player counts.
