A Paper *.21.* plugin that introduces UUID-tracked custom shulker boxes with YAML-backed persistent item storage. Limits each player to 3 custom shulkers across their inventory and enderchest combined. Natural shulker boxes in The End are intercepted on break or open and replaced with tracked custom variants. Item contents survive break/place cycles via UUID-keyed storage. Includes admin commands for giving, inspecting, and removing vault shulkers.
