A Minecraft plugin introducing the "Mind's Eye" item — a custom Eye of Ender-textured item with a gold name. Players receive it via command and can right-click to open a GUI showing all online players' heads. Selecting a player lets you spectate their POV for 30 seconds. Includes a *.5-hour cooldown (configurable via commands), a cooldown reset command, and a cooldown edit command for admin control.
