Extends the Riptide enchantment to work with Water Breathing potion effects. When players have an active Water Breathing effect, they can use Riptide tridents to fly even without water or rain. All Riptide levels (*, II, III) are supported with appropriate velocity scaling. Features configurable velocity multipliers, cooldown management, and proper durability handling. Includes sound effects and particle displays for enhanced immersion.
