A Folia-compatible ban management plugin. Owner "themonstarkin" controls who can ban via /banperms. /offend bans with durations (seconds to permanent), kicks with Discord ticket message. /pardon unbans. All bans persist in YAML storage. Only owner-authorized staff can execute bans and pardons.
