DonutChat provides a lightweight DonutSMP-***** chat system for modern Paper and Spigot servers. It formats player messages with configurable ranks, prefixes, colors, names, and separators, while enforcing a configurable chat cooldown for regular players. Administrators can define bypass permissions, customize all player-facing messages, configure rank prefixes and priorities, and reload settings in-game without unnecessary dependencies.
