A giveaway system where players use /giveaway to open an inventory GUI, place an item to start a 2m30s giveaway. Players join with /giveaway join. After the timer ends, a random winner receives the item. Announces creation, joins, winner, and quits in chat, action bar, and title. Automatically removes leavers from the participant pool.
