A professional abilities system for Paper *.21.* where players receive special hotbar items and activate abilities via right-click. Includes 5 abilities: Freeze (immobilizes nearby players), Speed Boost, Jump Boost, Invisibility, and Shrink (scale attribute). Features per-ability cooldowns with action bar feedback, particle/sound effects, frozen player enforcement, and proper cleanup on death/logout/disable. All ability items are non-placeable, non-droppable, and inventory-locked.
