A Minecraft plugin that adds a special clock item capable of stopping time. When a player right-clicks the Time Stop Clock, all other players in the server are frozen in place - unable to move, while the clock holder remains fully mobile. Features configurable duration, cooldown, particle effects, sound effects, and frozen world time. Includes admin commands to give the clock, force-stop time, and reload configuration.
