A visual spectacle plugin that lets operators fire a red particle laser beam from max build height down to their location. The beam descends at 3 blocks/second with a glowing red dust trail. On impact, a dramatic 200-diameter shockwave of explosions, fire, and smoke erupts with thunderous sounds. A server-wide broadcast warns all players of the incoming strike coordinates the moment the command is used.
