A standalone ranks and permissions management plugin. Supports creating and editing ranks with prefixes, suffixes, display names, and weighted hierarchy. Ranks can inherit from parent ranks and carry permission nodes applied via Bukkit PermissionAttachment. Players are assigned a single rank with full persistence. Includes Vault chat integration for prefix/suffix display and comprehensive tab-completed commands for full in-game management.
