A Paper *.21.11 PvP progression plugin where player ***** permanently grant or transfer combat stacks. Each player can hold up to four total stacks of Strength or Speed, with effects scaling from level * through IV. When a player ***** someone with existing stacks, one of the victim’s Strength or Speed stacks transfers to the ****** and is removed from the victim. Stack data persists through deaths, reconnects, and server restarts, with a command for viewing stack totals.
