A Minetopia-***** police plugin with handcuff, jail, and search systems. Officers can handcuff players using grey_dye, applying Slowness 2 and Blindness effects. Staff can create jails using /politiecellen and agents can jail players with /cell. Includes /fouilleer for viewing a player's inventory within 5 blocks (read-only). Permission management via /politie giveperm.
