A teleport request plugin for Paper servers. Players can send /tpa or /tpahere requests to others. The target receives both a chat notification and an interactive inventory GUI (single chest) showing the requester's head alongside confirm/decline buttons. Accepting via GUI or /tpaccept teleports using the position captured at request time. Requests are cleaned up after accept or decline.
