A custom crossbow that shoots ice projectiles leaving particle trails and temporary ice blocks. Deals true damage to players and transforms nearby blocks into ice when hitting surfaces. Features configurable freeze duration, transformation radius, and particle effects. OP-only command for obtaining the crossbow, but all players can use it once obtained.
