Adds a custom Lightning enchantment book system. OPs can run /enchantmentbook give Lightning to receive a special enchanted book. Applying the book to any item via an anvil imbues it with the Lightning enchantment. Left-clicking while holding a Lightning-enchanted item strikes lightning at the targeted location, instantly ******* any players hit regardless of health or armor.
