Lightweight optimization plugin for Paper servers. Fixes internet lag by flushing Java DNS cache, fixes game lag by clearing dead entities and capping ground items, reduces delay via garbage collection, and preloads chunks safely around players. Two OP-only commands: /hydrofix runs all optimizations, /hl chunks start begins efficient chunk preloading in a configurable radius.
