A lightweight Paper plugin that restricts specific item usage within WorldGuard regions. Fully configurable region and item lists. Right-click interactions with restricted items are cancelled when the player is inside any configured region, with a configurable color-coded message. Hot-reloadable via /itemrestrict reload. Soft depends on WorldGuard and WorldEdit for region detection.
