A command-driven custom mining regeneration system where ores, drops, and drop tables are fully modular. Admins create reusable drop entries from items in hand, group them into drop tables, and assign tables to custom regenerating ores. Only command-placed ores function as regen ores while regular blocks behave normally. Features configurable regen times, tool requirements, and chance-based loot distribution.
