A Minecraft plugin that adds a blue, white, and black raygun item that shoots primed *** projectiles. Features a configurable cooldown system, adjustable *** fuse timing, projectile speed control, and custom sound effects. Includes permission-based access control and an admin give command. The raygun is crafted as a blaze rod with custom model data for resource pack support.
