Re-enables the classic enderpearl stasis chamber mechanic on modern Paper servers. Allows players to freeze thrown ender pearls mid-flight by hooking them with fishing rods, creating stasis chambers. When the fishing rod is reeled in or broken, the pearl is released and continues to its destination. Features configurable world restrictions, particle effects, and optional time limits for technical and anarchy gameplay.
