BroadcastVoice is a Paper *.21.11 plugin that adds server-wide voice broadcasting through Simple Voice Chat. Players toggle broadcasting with /svc broadcast on or /svc broadcast off. Access is limited to operators and players granted the svc.broadcast permission through LuckPerms. When enabled, microphone packets are relayed directly to every connected voice-chat player, bypassing normal proximity limits while preventing duplicate nearby delivery. The plugin integrates with Simple Voice Chat and automatically cleans up player broadcast states when the plugin disables.
