A standalone Fabric mod for *.21.4 that reimplements MCPatcher/OptiFine's Custom Item Textures (CIT) system. Allows resource packs to replace item textures based on conditions like item name, damage, enchantments, NBT data, and durability. Supports item model swapping with custom CIT properties files (cit.properties) loaded from resource packs. Fully client-side, no server-side changes needed.
