A PvP-focused plugin that grants permanent positive potion effects to players who **** others, and permanent negative effects to victims. All effects persist through death, relog, and server restarts. Negative effects are fully protected from removal via milk, commands, or other plugins, and can only be cleared by getting a ****. Includes automatic effect reapplication and configurable effect levels.
