Adds a configurable tier system with 10 ranks (HT1-HT5 and LT1-LT5). Admins assign tiers via /tier command. Each tier displays a unique colored prefix with symbols in chat and above the player's head via scoreboard teams. A /tierlist GUI shows all tiered players sorted by rank with their player heads — clicking a head teleports you to that player via the tp2p command.
