A crossbow weapon plugin that activates when a crossbow named "Withered" is held with a Wither Skeleton Skull in the offhand. Charging plays a Respawn Anchor sound. Each shot consumes one skull, fires a projectile dealing high true damage (armor-bypassed) in an AOE radius on impact, and unleashes dramatic particle effects including explosions, soul particles, smoke rings, and dark magic visuals.
