A Paper *.21.* plugin featuring the Requiem Shield - a vanilla shield identified via PDC that grants the "Return to Zero" passive ability. When attacked while holding the shield offhand, damage is nullified, the attacker is frozen and marked. The holder can execute /rtz to activate a cinematic Time Stop with particle animations, followed by Judgment - a 5-second debuff state that blocks all combat actions from the target.
