Adds a configurable cooldown system to trident riptide (lunge) enchantment usage. Prevents players from spamming the lunge ability by enforcing a time-based cooldown between uses. Features customizable cooldown duration, player feedback messages, and automatic cooldown tracking. Includes actionbar notifications showing remaining cooldown time.
