A lightweight Minecraft plugin for *.21.* that lets server admins customize how many items hoppers transfer per tick. Instead of the default *-item-at-a-time transfer, you can set bulk transfer amounts (e.*. 15 items per tick). Fully configurable via ******.yml with a live reload command. Supports per-world overrides and a global default transfer amount.
