A feature-rich *** utility core plugin for Paper *.21. Includes a fully configurable EndWar system with countdown titles, dragon egg tracking, per-player glowing, global boss bar, and overworld win detection. Also features a global announcement command, tracked-player command logging, creative inventory item logging, and a live reload command. Every message, sound, timer, format, color, command name, and behavior is configurable via ******.yml and messages.yml.
