A lightweight Spigot plugin that transfers online players to another Minecraft server through the /sendplayer command. Administrators can specify a target player and destination server using an IP address or hostname with a port. The plugin supports configurable permissions, command responses, error messages, success messages, color formatting, player-not-found handling, and destination validation through ******.yml.
