Allows players to apply ANY enchantment book to ANY item through an anvil, with the enchantment functioning exactly as it would on its original item. Supports all vanilla *.21.4 enchantments including trident-specific (Riptide, Channeling, Loyalty, Impaling), mace-specific (Density, Breach, Wind Burst), bow-specific (Power, Punch, Flame, Infinity), and armor-specific enchants. Uses Paper API with configurable permissions and performance-optimized event handling. Enchantments persist across all item interactions.
