A Paper *.21.4 plugin that lets admins enable or disable access to key game resources: Nether, End, Diamond, and Ancient Debris. Use /ra enable {item} or /ra disable {item} to toggle. When disabled, players are blocked from entering the Nether/End and prevented from breaking Diamond Ore or Ancient Debris, with a clear error message shown each time.
