A PvP **** script for *.*.* Spigot that lets players right-click a named cobweb item called "Op Web" to spawn a 3x1x3 cobweb cage around the targeted player. Sends **** notification messages to both the user and the trapped player. The cobweb cage automatically clears after 10 seconds, restoring the original blocks. Includes a /giveweb command to receive the special item.
